We are delighted to announce that we have been commissioned by Cheshire East Children’s Services to run the Housing Related Support 16+ contract for the South of Cheshire East. Merging our Ignition, Bridges and Starting Point work into one, this service will target 16-17 year-olds. To help the young people on this service to feel ready and excited for their next steps, we are taking a very personalised approach to this service, from the goals and targets we set with them, to the colours of the walls in their properties.
