In the last 3 months, 32 young people have set over 90 Health Goals for themselves through our Public Health funded Health Adventures programme. Focusing on increasing physical and mental health, this innovative programme helps young people into exercise, nutrition and positive mental well being. Using a range of attractive options such as cooking together, football, swimming and a host of other activities, YMCA Health Adventures Coach Will Rivers embeds these long term health messages which are critical to a healthy and happy future.
