This International Women’s Day, we pledge to continue offering support which enables women from all backgrounds to improve their employability, and their future life chances.
We will continue to lead by example, with a Senior Leadership Team comprising 75% Working Mothers, and a Board of Trustees chaired by a Working Mother.
We will maintain a workplace culture where women are encouraged and supported to develop professionally, where family life is valued and where motherhood isn’t seen as a barrier.
We will strive to build relationships with businesses and organisations whose staffing structures reflect our own.
