Residents and staff have finished preparing our bike for the Tour of Britain – look out for it on the roundabout by MMU (hard to miss we think!).



Residents cater for Carillion-Kier!

The next "pop-up business" venture was a big step up for the residents! This time we catered for 50 hungry employees of Carillion-Kier. Besides the catering experience, the residents were really grateful for the networking opportunity as they were able to meet the Project Manager and speak to current employees about the apprenticeship scheme.  ...

As part of Talentscape, residents have the opportunity to create and run their own “pop-up business”. HAWK Women’s Day Experience

On the 17th June, women of the YMCA went to HAWK for a day working in a traditionally male role! We started off doing First Aid. Some of the residents had a go on the 25 tonne dumper truck… …whilst others played basketball with a forklift truck!



Swansway Donation to YMCA Crewe

YMCA Crewe were delighted to receive a donation of £25,000 from the Swansway Group at the Crewe Pledge Celebration. These funds will be used to support the YMCA Talentscape programme.
